For agents, we provide exclusive leads that match their expertise and service areas.

Yes! ListingHeads operates across the United States and Canada. We have a network of verified agents in major cities and markets throughout North America. If you're in a specific area, we can connect you with local experts who know your market inside and out.

Every agent in our network undergoes a comprehensive verification process including: active license validation, performance history review (including sales volume and transaction count), client testimonials and reviews, professional background checks, and ongoing performance monitoring. We only work with agents who maintain high professional standards.

For Clients (Buyers, Sellers & Investors)

No! Our service is completely free for home buyers, sellers, and investors. There are no hidden fees, no obligations, and no credit card required. We're compensated by our agent partners when successful transactions close, so you pay nothing to get matched with top agents.

We typically match you with up to 3 qualified agents. This gives you enough options to compare expertise, communication styles, and services without overwhelming you with choices. You're under no obligation to work with any agent we recommend.

Most agents will reach out within 24 hours of receiving your information. Many respond even sooner. If you haven't heard from an agent within 48 hours, please contact our support team and we'll help facilitate the connection.

Absolutely! You have complete control over which agent you work with. We recommend interviewing all matched agents, asking about their experience, market knowledge, and communication style. Choose the one you feel most comfortable with — there's no pressure or obligation.

If the initial matches don't meet your needs, simply contact us and we'll find additional agents for you. We're committed to ensuring you find the right fit, and we'll keep working until you're satisfied with your options.

Contract requirements vary by state and situation. Most buyer's agents will ask you to sign a buyer representation agreement, while listing agreements are standard when selling. However, these contracts are between you and the agent — not with ListingHeads. We recommend discussing contract terms with your chosen agent before signing.

For Real Estate Agents

To join our network, click "Sign Up" and complete the agent application. You'll need to provide your license information, professional background, and service areas. Our team reviews all applications within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you can start receiving leads immediately.

Requirements include: an active real estate license in good standing, minimum of 1 year of experience (or demonstrated expertise for newer agents), professional liability insurance, positive client reviews and references, and commitment to responding to leads within 24 hours. We prioritize agents with strong communication skills and proven track records.

Most of our leads are shared with up to 3 agents to give clients comparison options. However, we do offer exclusive lead packages for premium members. The competition is limited and you'll know upfront how many other agents are receiving the same lead.

Yes! You can customize your lead preferences based on location, property type, price range, and client type (buyer, seller, investor). You can also set a monthly lead cap to control your volume. This ensures you only receive leads that match your expertise and capacity.

Not all leads will convert, and that's normal in real estate.
